About Keli
My goal is to help others get moving and feel better. In less than a year of joining the gym and working with a personal trainer, I lost over 100 lbs and eliminated my joint pain. A couple of months later, I decided to apply my training skillset as a certified personal trainer with a focus on strength, conditioning, weight loss, athletic training, and restorative training.
