About Sylvia
It is truly one on one training. There are no other trainers nor clients scheduled during the session. I have 10 years of experience working as a Personal Trainer. I chose to open my own Personal Training Studio 3 years ago, to give my clients personal attention without interruptions which were frequent while training in a local gyms. For many the gym athmosphere causes anxiety and that is not a problem in my studio.
Aside from 1 hour sessions I also offer shorter - 30 min sessions. In addition I prepare post workout meals to those interested.
