About Trina
I have been in the industry for more than 5 years now. I have trained for body building competitions and have been certified through NASM for fitness and nutrition. Growing up, I'm very active in sports such as volleyball and tennis. I am also on my way to being certfied as a Muay Thai coach (or Kru), so I'll be able to incorporate contact sports into your training if interested.
Everything and anything about fitness is a joy to me. Just the thought of working towards your goal and achieving it is so exciting to me. I am here to support you through it all. I am not just your coach, but also a friend that will cheer you on every step of the way.
NASM certfied for Pesonal Training and Nutrition.
5 years experience in the fitness industry (3+ years working at gyms and bootcamps).
Ongoing certification to be a KRU or Muay Thai coach.
Past experience with sports such as Volleyball and Tennis.
