About Heather
Functional Barre is a combination of Pilates, Yoga, and dance. It's a great workout, that is fun and energetic way to get moving. FunBarre is all about challenging yourself to reach your goals. Group classes give you the opportunity to connect with other students and have an energetic and dynamic fun workout or book a private class to focus on form or core stability. I’ve been a student of barre for 4 years and teaching for a year.
