About John

From day one all I wanted to do was help people and I got my start as a military cop for 6 years and when I got out I wanted to continue helping but in a different avenue. I went and got my associates in Sports and Exercise Studies and currently working on my bachelors in Athletic Training. I am a certified personal trainer through NCSF and am currently working towards being certified through NASM. I have been doing this for over 2 years now and honestly all I care about is you and your goals and what it will take to allow you to reach those goals.
