Introductory meeting to learn more about the clients goals physically and nutritionally. We provide a free wellness scan for BMI, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, and RMR. We have a training questionnaire the will help us understand limitations, past fitness achievements, food allergies. Answer any questions the client may have. Coordinates schedules!
