About Samica
Hi, my name is Samica O'Baugh. I help busy mom live healthy lifestyle, get Fit and Confident from th comfort of their home while eating delicious food and without being over whelmed.
I started my fitness journey July 2016, and my life has never been the same. My life changed for the better. No more cycle pain, no more feeling uncomfortable in my outfit, I’m full with energy. After experiencing all these great benefits, I develop a great passion for health and fitness, and I want to help as many women as I can to feel the way I feel or even better, so I decided Get certified in both Fitness and nutrition I focus on weight loss and helping my client to get stronger, build muscle mass so that they can maintain their result for long term.
I love seing my cleints confident in their own skin and improve their health.
After I discovered how much better life is being fit and healthy through my weight loss journey, I wanted to help other people to experience life on another level being fit and Confident.
I'm certified in both area Fitness and Nutrition.
