About Maryellen
I have been running my own business since 2011. I love helping my clients, some who I have been training for well over 8 years, reach their fitness goals. To see someone do something they thought they would never be able to accomplish is so satisfying. I work my clients hard but I'm not a drill Sargent. I train each client as an individual with different needs. I am certified with NCSF. I have my certification in CPR and I am fully insured.
