About Derek
I have been training clients for over 10 years. I have specialty training in injuries specifically relating to working out. I also specialize in nutrition as I believe they go hand in hand. I train men and women of all ages. I am NASM certified.
I have always loved helping others achieve their goals. For me, it is all about giving back. Creating a path for others to love and live life to the fullest through working out.
