Senior fitness expert. 40 years in fitness. Sport Performance Psychology. I can help with performance issues in any area. I’m a doctor in my field. My services get results. I love training people , especially seniors since I can understand them.

I offer a free consultation, I have trained people ages 6-90.

I have a teaching background, so I like to teach , not just train. My goal is to help you learn how to be properly fit.
