About Alex
Current Assistant Director of Sports Performance at Oral Roberts University
I have a Bachelor's and Master's of Science degree in Kinesiology with concentrations in exercise physiology.
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
I played Division 1 baseball at the University of Illinois at Chicago for 6 years and was a Freshman All-American and all-conference
I played a variety of high school sports like football, wrestling, basketball, track, etc.
I have previously worked with basketball, lacrosse, soccer, hockey, tennis, gymnastics, baseball, golf, and swim athletes at Division 1 schools Marquette University (WI), Clemson University (SC), and University of Denver (CO).
