About Benjamin
Hi!
My name is Benjamin, a Swedish/Spanish Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach in the Hollywood/West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area.
My philosophy is simple: Live Happy. Live Healthy.
I have a dedicated passion for health and human development as I believe that it is important to envision this development through a holistic perspective. Exercise and nutrition comes hand in hand when it involves your wellbeing. Other factors such as how much rest you get, your daily stress levels as well as your mental health all play a part on how you feel. My goal is to educate and encourage you to develop a healthy relationship with your mind and body in order for you to become the best version of yourself!
I offer 1-on-1 personal training and tandem/couple sessions. The gym I train my clients is located across the Beverly Center, but I can also train you where you live if you have access to a gym in your building/home. I have experience with all ages and fitness levels. Let's meet and go through your conditions and goals and we'll take it from there.
