About Natalie
We are a boutique style wellness the center that offers everything from personal training to grip classes and individualized nutrition counseling. We also have a plethora of resources to help clients meet their goals and become the best version of themselves.
I have my bachelor of science degree in human nutrition and dietetics and also have 14 years of experience as a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer.

Each client begins there based on current fitness level. We will do a variety of different fitness assessments and customize a nutrition plan. Once we determine the starting point, we begin implementing our program design.
