Personalized workouts and training. He definitely cares about my progress
5 stars aren't enough! Not only is Will motivational, he works with you to reach your goals. He's very knowledgeable and will find ways to work around injuries so that you can continue to exercise.
Been working with Will for 5 years. More than just a strength and training coach -- he helped me develop a mindset based on gratitude, fortitude, and courage. Thank you Fizacal Fitness!
He knows how the body operates and limitations of the body. He is a great trainer. Helped me get into the best shape of my life. Even when I was in my own head about struggling he helped me get out of my own head! I would highly recommend using his services!
