About Nasiah

Hi there! My name is Nasiah Ferguson and I am a senior student athlete at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I am a decorated track athlete with 6 university records and a background in Basketball. I am very experienced in the athletic world when it comes to competing, nutrition, weight lifting, and training. I am happy to share my knowledge gained through my experience and train others to reach their fitness goals! I am very optimistic and confident in my abilities as well as others and look forward to working with people of all ages.
