About Zach
I was a student who excelled in Biology and Chemistry in college. Majoring in Biology, Minor in Chemistry with a Pre-Med concentration. Now I am 4 years into my career leading and teaching every day as an Orthopedic Surgery Consultant.
Leading and teaching others helping them succeed brings me the great satisfaction. Seeing the staff, whome I helped, understand what I have taught them then apply that skill is the most rewarding.
My education is a bachelors in Science. Majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry with a concentration of pre-med. My current work is teaching and leading surgical staff during surgery.

1. Get to know the student and what they expect to accomplish during the sessions and what areas they want to concentrate on.
2. Next, will anylize the students knowledge. I will accomplish this by having the student give me a brief description of what they are learning, discuss with the parents strengths and weaknesses, finally we will go over any previous material.
3. After assesssing the student we will then make a plan of action.
4. Next, I will ask the student what they want to accomplish.
5. Finally, I want the tutoring and learning to be FUN!!!!
