About Lynn
I have been teaching the Suzuki Piano Method for 18 years. Students can begin as early as 4 years old. The Suzuki Method is known as the "Mother Tongue" method because students learn to play before they learn to read notes, just as all children learn to speak before they learn to read by listening to their mother and father speak. Each Suzuki Piano Book comes with a CD of all of the songs for students to listen to in order to become familiar with the music. Students come to my home studio for a half hour lesson, and a group class at my church once a month.
