About David
Professional pianist of 27 years, who specializes in classical piano approach. I work extremely well with both children and adults. Patience is key! Pun intended. :)
I was asked by friends and family by the age of 13, and began taking unfamiliar students at 17. Word of mouth, and through school and religious networks.
I studied Vocal and Piano Performance at the Longy School of Music of Bard College.

I typically begin by asking as many questions about you as possible. Most are related to music, but some aren't! The relationship between teacher and student needs to be as transparent as possible, just like the music.
Every one of us is different. ☺️

Absolutely not. When my teaching journey began as a teenager, I decided to have the most flexible sliding-scale possible. If you want to learn, I will teach. Fee, free, or for cookiee. :)
