About Nancy

Bachelor of arts degree in speech and theater

Playwright, Director, Recording artist and actress, Voice instructor

Fine Artist, specializing in graphic pencils and acrylics

Multilingual, fluent in English and Spanish; familiar with French, Italian, German pronunciation. Interpreter and translator for Spanish and English.

I enjoy sharing, encouraging and supporting people in the field of performing arts. Working on a one to one basis is the most for filling, however I have also conducted choirs and taught in a variety of capacities.

I have been A voice instructor for several decades; having taught at swallow Hill music school in the Denver metro area and privately, when I lived in Pennsylvania. I was also an adjudicator for the local music school in Allentown Pennsylvania.

The student has music and/or monologues, I ask them to bring them with them to their first session. I also have an extensive library of both music and acting monologues as well.

About the lesson

Prior to meeting a student, I begin by talking with them on the phone, about their passions, goals and intentions. After we have a conversation about this, we develop a plan together about how the teaching sessions will go.

Experience in the substitute teaching in Spanish and English. I enjoy working on a one-to-one basis in both translation as well as teaching English as a second language. I ask the student what their goals are and that is the premise upon which we begin our instruction.

Practicing fine artist and licensed massage therapist.

I have worked with students of all ages, from children to adults, Including college age students.

Speak with the teacher about your goals and intentions, ask them their background and experience and trust your intuition about what might work. If you are unsure, take a lesson and see if the shoe fits for you.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Be true to yourself. I can help you discover your own gifts and help you to develop them with great confidence and sincerity.
