About Kaitlyn
My background includes multiple areas of expertise in the performing arts, such as singing, piano performance, dancing, and acting. I am currently a college student earning my bachelor's of fine arts at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. My current career aspirations revolve around music instruction, specifically piano teaching. I am a very diligent and task-oriented worker, and I have excellent time management skills. My approach to teaching is to motivate students by giving them a supportive foundation that encourages curiosity, creativity, and enjoyment. My current teaching curriculum includes beginner to advance music theory and introduction to mastery of various musical eras. I am open to both using my own curriculum or one already created. While I am relatively new to the music teaching scene, I have an enormous passion for sharing my love of music and would love to get experience anywhere I can!
