About Deanna

Hi, there! My name is Gabriel and I can't wait to meet you!

My clients gain confidence in voice, piano and/or ukulele and kids rock band.

I teach classes and private lessons.

Vocal students gain strength and versatility, increase their range, and eliminate their "break."

Piano and ukulele students learn how to read music, perform artistically, compose, play chords so they can play in a band, how to learn new music quickly and more.

I have a degree in Opera Performance from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins and many years of experience teaching voice with a holistic approach; incorporating a deep understanding of vocal anatomy, breath support, ear training, and music theory.

I tailor and personalize lessons to each student and their interests.

He also offers piano accompaniment within lessons and in performance.

My favorite dessert: Anything with lots of chocolate. I think desert is underrated and have too many favorites to choose from! If you need me to choose one however, I suppose that would be the chocolate buttercream vanilla cupcake (especially from Magnolia’s in Manhattan).

My Top 3 favorite singers: David Bowie, Elton John, Nina Simone

What I wanted to be when I grew up: A beach bum

About the lesson

New potential clients start with a short discovery chat by phone so we can learn more about you, share info about our programs and see if there's a match.

Then we schedule a trial lesson or class. It's a real lesson and you'll leave a better musician.

Then you enroll in lessons or a class and we have a blast continuing your musical journey together.
