I have never been more excited about music than during my time with Mackenzie. She is so incredibly passionate about what she does and gives her students so many opportunities to succeed musically & personally. From theory to practical applications, there is no one who cares and teaches as well as she does.

Not only did my kids learn how to play, they felt like they a confidant and advocate in Ms. Bishop. She made them feel like they mattered for who they are and that empowered them to do the best they could.

You literally cannot find a more passionate, kind-hearted teacher to help you or your child develop their musical abilities. She listens to your frustrations and adapts to the perceived needs without judgement. I would recommend her over anyone else in the world, and I think you're missing on a fantastic opportunity to be able to work with someone so empathetic and truly in love with their profession.

Out of my entire school experience Mackenzie has been the teacher that has inspired me to become the best version of myself, to find God in everything I do, and to cherish everyone in my life. With any problem I had I knew I could always go to Ms. Mackenzie for help in making the right choice. She gave me an outlet and always made learning fun. I am forever grateful for being taught by her.

My Madison is special needs and very delayed. Mackenzie was patient and found ways to teach her piano that would not have been possible with anyone else. We have not found anyone else to take her on as a student, since she relocated.

Mackenzie was my music teacher in high school. She gave me the confidence and encouragement that I never knew I needed. She helped me to take my voice to places I never knew was possible. Ms. Mackenzie worked with my daughter for several months at the beginning of her learning the piano. She provided the foundation that my daughter still uses in lesson even now. She made sure that lesson were structured as well as nurturing to meet my daughter at her level (beginner) as well as age (5-6)
