About Lorn
Private and semi-private Pilates equipment lessons are taught by a former professional NYC based ballet and contemporary dancer who began studying Pilates in 1990 with one of the founder's original students, Kathy Grant. Lorn certified in 2008 with Peak Pilates. Lorn's teaches students to move with strength, integration, flexibility, self awareness, rhythym and flow. Workouts take place on Balanced Body equipment in a bright and quiet studio set back off the road. Pilates is appropriate for adults of all ages. It is a progressive fitness form, always interesting with apprpriate challenges as you learn.
