About Diana
I offer private sessions in Pilates and the Gyrotonic method. My home studio in Crown Heights is a peaceful place to address chronic joint pain or improve your sports performance.
My movement background is in the martial arts, having earned my black belt in Kyokushin karate in 2007.

After an intial intake form, I ask a new client what her goals are and elaborate on any injuries. I look at her posture and introduce her to some basics if she is new to a particular method, then start building. I strive to make each session varied and interesting, fun and challenging.
