About Britta
At Focus Physical Therapy & Wellness, our mission is to provide the highest level of patient focused one-on-one care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. We implement customized Pilates techniques and teach movement performance in order to help you excel at your sports, hobbies and daily activities.
As a physical therapist, I enjoy helping people reach their goals for physical fitness and sports performance.
Britta is a Doctor of physical therapy as well as a certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body and Stott Pilates.
