About Felice
My one-on-one training is excellent. Certified by Power Pilates in NYC, classical style. MY ballet background, incorporated with the Pilates system, is magic in therapy for the body. Your body will change shape from the inside out and experience a healing of many disfunctions.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertiese with my students. It excites me to see the results acquired by regular practice, sticking to the system as Joseph Pilates taught. It is irrefutable!

I always start on the reformer, explaining in detail what is supposed to be happening in the body. I use a lot of visualization for my students. Also, I am very hands on to help my students feel the work in their bodies.
