About Avel
Hello!
I am a Classical Pilates instructor. Comprehensively certified through Real Pilates NYC. I have been teaching since 2016. Pilates changed my life (after suffering a neck injury). Pilates isn't about being good at Pilates. It's about being good at life. I offer an at home Classical Matwork exercise program; tailored to the client's individual needs.
