About Pamela
Pure Pilates is a full service Classical Pilates Studio offering private and semi private sessions on the apparatus and group Mat, Pilates Chair and Pilates Barre in the Mind/Body studio.
Classical Pilates is the original work developed by Joseph Pilates. This traditional Method recruits muscle firing patterns over and over with different relationship to gravity, surface stability and center of gravity. This systematic approach allows for significant changes to happen in the body which creates strengthe, flexibility and better posture.
All Teachers at Pure Pilates have a minimum of 500 hours schooling, are hand picked by Pamela Garcia and the best on the South Shore.
We are also an Education Center for the Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification Program teaching Teachers to teach Pilates.

Privates sessions are scheduled at a mutually beneficial time for the student and trainer. Semi private sessions can be scheduled if the student has friends that would like to join them and that is also done at a mutually beneficial time.
Group classes in the Mind/Body studio are on a specific schedule.
