About Zeina
At Synergy+ we help improve the physical performance of our clients through safe and individualized Pilates privates and classes and physical therapy. We were established in 2004. Our initial focus was to rehabilitate people with physical injury and chronic pain using Pilates as our movement modality in our physical therapy programs. We have now become a leader in Pilates based phyiscal therapy as well as in teaching Pilates to help people become stronger, develop their correct posture and carry on their activities, whether they are competitive sports or hiking with their grand children, and live healthier and happier lives.

We love to see people get stronger, walk taller, feel invigorated after a visit to our studio.
Our physical therapist have Masters and/or Doctorate degrees in physical therapy. Our Pilates Teachers are certified and have gone through a minimum of 400 hour traning and passed both written and practical exams.

For Pilates we ask first time students to fill out a brief intake form. We want to know what the goals are, if there are any physical limitations or injuries (present and past we should know about), if they are in good health, etc.
In physical therapy the intake form is much more detailed. We then conduct an initial evaluation to determine ideal goals and a plan of care.
