About Eva
I'm a Pilates instructor and a Corrective Exercise Specialist in The Biomechanics Method. I work with people who suffer from chronic pain and/or have a chronic condition (asthma, scoliosis, Parkinson's disease, MS, etc) I specialize in injury rehab and pain elimination. I want people to move better and hurt less. I teach them how to eliminate their pain and have a better quality of life through exercise.
I love helping people. I think so many people live with unnecessary pain in their bodies. I want to help them eliminate the pain, become stronger, more mobile and live a healthy and independent life long into their senior years.

I start out with a thorough musculo-skeletal assessment. Based on my assessment findings I design a customized Pilates program based on my client's specific needs.
I usually work with people who suffer from chronic pain such as plantar fasciitis, knee pain, sciatica, low back pain, shoulder, upper back and neck pain.
