About Nanci
CORE Fitness is Silicon Valley's Leading Pilates Studio since 2007. We're a fitness boutique, not a fitness factory. Come on in and see why we say, "Every body should feel this good!"
We are a boutique studio, not a fitness factory. Our mission at CORE Fitness is simple: Make fitness easy, fun, and effective for every body.
A group exercise instructor for nearly 10 years, Nanci began CORE Fitness in 2007 when she started teaching Pilates Reformer to three friends in her family room at home.
Well, they told three friends who told three more friends and so it went. The Pilates Reformer practice soon outgrew the family room.
Here we are, nearly 10 years and 10,000 lessons later, helping people stay healthy and fit to enjoy life to the fullest!
For the love of the game...
I was a group exercise instructor and fell in love with Pilates.
We have taught more than 30,000 Pilates classes since opening our doors in 2007. Is that enough experience for you? :-)
