Reflex is an amazing haven of creativity and expertise. As someone with a background more in science than art, I was sold on Ted's description of the intro class: "The focus will be on technical skill with an eye for producing a beautiful result." Exactly right and really fun at the same time. Ted makes it easy to learn the basics, and you will want to come back for more.

I've taken two classes with Ted at Reflex Letterpress. In both cases, he was clear, helpful, and extremely responsive to the needs and desires of the people taking the class. Each class also gave us time to print our own designs with Ted's expert help in perfecting the prints. On top of learning, we each left with small editions of finished prints, note cards, samples, etc. Really a great experience all around with a nice combination of the historical and practical aspects of printing.

Ted provides great instruction in a very relaxed learning environment. So much fun!
