About Stacey
I specialize in assisting students with neurological and language processing differences in pre-k, kinder, elementary and middle school. My partner specializes in assisting young adults with Autism and other challenges with transition difficulties from high-school to college and from college to career.
I have extensive practical experience as a tutor, home educator, skills coach and life coach, as well as experience running classrooms for a variety of ages.

Most of my students have diverse needs, so the first thing that I do is to have the student or their parent communicate their understanding of the challenge to be addressed and the milestones that they hope to meet or exceed. I then ask what hobbies, interests and skill areas spark passion in the student and use these in order to plan a few lessons. After this initial two to three week interval, any necessary adjustments to approach are made and the progress made so far is reviewed. A longer series of lessons is then planned that includes the information obtained through the initial tutorials as well as student and parent feedback.
