About Timothy
Learning is a holistic process that brings knowledge, skills, and experience to the student. This tutor respects the interests and drive of each learner and plans around those factors.
Learning and reading are most fun when done with others. I enjoy seeing students get excited about the world! My training is in elementary school education, middle school math and science, and environmental education. I have taught in Massachusetts Public Schools for about 20 years.
I have worked in Massachusetts Public Schools for about twenty years and am currently employed at a local public charter school (grades 7-12). I have a Master's degree in education from Antioch New England Graduate School. I am married and have one child in college and another in high school.
