About Rebecca

Hello! I have 8+ years of experience working with young children. I have been a preschool teacher for 4 years and I am currently the Program Director for a private preschool. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Reading. I also have a Master’s degree in Education. I am looking to utilize my expertise as a part-time tutor! Please let me know how I can help you!

I love giving children opportunities to ask questions and explore concepts. I love working one-on-one as children grow in their understanding of new ideas while also fostering a lifelong love for reading and learning!

I started teaching when I worked in an after school program when I was in high school. I’ve been teaching professionally for over 4 years.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Reading. I also have a Master’s degree in Education.

About the lesson

I like to spend time getting to know a new student's strengths and interests so that I can develop individual plans to help meet their needs. Before we meet, I will send you a questionnaire to complete regarding you or your child’s strengths and needs. Our first session together will also be focused on building a foundation for us to build upon.

I have worked with students ages 3-8. I have worked with students with special needs, including those with Autism.
