After I graduated from Wayne State University with my B.S. in Kinesiology, I began as a Corporate Fitness Specialist contracted by Ford Motor Company (current)
I have a B.S. in Kinesiology from Wayne State University, a diploma in personal training from NPTI of Rochester, a UESCA Running Coach Certificate and an ACE Health Coach Certification. I've been a Corporate Fitness Specialist for 5+ years.

Student/client will choose whether they want to work In- Person with me or prefer Online Coaching. We will set up a free consultation where we will discuss client's goals, experience, health history, nutrition, payment preferences, expectations, etc.
Clients from age 22 to retirees 70+ years old.

I'm proud of my retiree group fitness class, Functional Fitness Circuit Class. Each member of the class has shown significant progress in flexibility, strength and cardiovascular improvement, while having a good time.

In Person Coaching- $50 for 1 month plan-Due at each monthly Assessment. Assessments consist of muscular and cardiovascular testing.
Online Coaching-$35 for 1 month plan. Due at each monthly online Assessment. Assessments consist of cardiovascular testing. Muscular testing is optional and based on client needs.
