I've been coaching runners from all experience levels since 2010.
Whether it's about running your first 5k or tackling a Marathon, I can help you achieve your goals and have a healthier life!
I'm a Running Coach certified by USATF (United States Track & Field) and RRCA (Road Runners Club of America)
I love helping people to improve their running fitness, conquering new challenges and distances, getting faster... To see a student crossing a finish line with the smile on their face and injury free makes it all worthwhile!
I am an avid runner who always studied a lot about the sport. So, eventually friends and family started asking for help to train them in their running. After a while, I decided to start helping others too.
I have certification from the two main organizations in the running industry: USATF (USA Track & Field) and RRCA (Road Runners Club of America)

First step is an interview to get to know the student and assess what are their current level of fitness, goals, time availability to train, and so on. Then, I'll plan the training sessions, teach how to do each exercise and we can start the training itself.

Rodrigo doesn't use a "one-size-fits-all" program. He helped a group of friends in preparing for a Half Marathon. He knew how to coach each runner according to his/her experience, health conditions, goals and time constraints. In the end, all of the runners were able to complete the 21K successfully.
He is a super dedicated Coach who challenges me to give my best!
