About Mark
Sailing is a fun hobby that I love. Let me help you become comfortable knowing everything about the basics of how to sail and where to get involved with regular sailors in the Dallas / Ft Worth area.
I have been sailing for several years, both on local lakes in the D/FW area, Kemah,TX and the British Virgin Islands. With all types of boats from small 2 person boats to 50 ft. Catamarans, I can teach you how to have a great time sailing.

After talking to you to see what (if any) experience you have, we will start with learning the parts of a boat and what the functions of the rigging. I have a PDF book I put together that summarizes the basics. After that we will go sailing on Lake Grapevine for hands on experience and teach along the way. After about 3 times sailing at about 1 hour each you will have the basics down and be ready to enjoy !
