I taught and started a mentorship program at my Univeristy and taught underclassmen to me. I've started networking and building my studio in the area.
A BA in Music and Psychology from Lawrence University
Assistant Band Director at Waukesha South High School in 2021-2022
Worked and coached students at Mukwonago High School, Waukesha North High School, Waukesha South High School, Brookfield Central High School, and Kettle Moraine High School.
I have ran this private saxophone business for almost 2 years now.

To have a FREE meeting with them and establish what their goals are out of taking lessons. I work with them to establish if we are a good fit for each other.
I have mainly worked with high school and middle school level students but I'm flexible.
What exactly are your goals for learning saxophone? What genres/styles do you want to play and be able to play a variety? Have a teacher that is flexible in variety of styles and that specializes in saxophone. Do you want to work in a method book or work on pieces of music that are developmentally beneficial? We can do both. Get a teacher that knows all of the details of the saxophone and can teach you about those details.
I played at one of my student's concerts. Unfortunately, the student I work with was sick for the performance but I still went and played and they saw me from the audience.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What skills do you want to develop? "Do I want to get better at saxophone enough to invest time and energy into it?" What do I want to get out of taking saxophone lessons both musically and personally. With my guidance, you will get better. By how much, that is up to you.
