About Russell
I have been training Muay Thai for 10+ years. Fitness is also a service I provide. I truly enjoy helping my students build confidence in themselves and their skills. Self defense is not just about fending off attackers, it's about knowing when to engage or disengage from an altercation.
I've worked at summer camps and one day seminars, after school programs, etc. The one thing I find no matter where I am is that seeing people smile when they realize they have more power than they think is amazing.
I train/teach students not only for them, but also for me. Fitness is good not only for your physical, but also for your mental.
I'm a combat veteran. I've trained Muay Thai for 10 plus yrs and Brazilian jiu jitsu for a year.
