About Eric
We have the largest adult self-defense program in the KC metro area, along with youth programs that are 50% of our membership base. We have age-appropriate training starting at age 3, with adults training into mid-60's.
Chief Instructor Eric Siley is on the mat actively teaching more than 80% of the time, with a focus on individual coaching and quality of instruction.

Everyone starts with a trial program. For the youngest students, we put them out on the mat having fun with friends right away. For older kids and adults, we have a special on-boarding class with a senior instructor to teach basics, get to know the student, and understand what the student or parents would like to accomplish with training.
For adults who have been victims of violent crime or abuse, we take some extra time to make sure he or she is prepared for success in a group training environment. We receive regular referrals from counselors and psychologists and have references for this work.
