Perfect! Jordan is a great instructor. I've been working out with him for only 2 weeks now, and I've seen incredible transformation in my body, my form, my flexibility/mobility, and strength. He also takes the time to work with you on your level and goes into details how to eat and diet etc. Definitely recommend his training service with 5 stars!

Fun atmosphere with driven coaches!
After working out from home for a year, I came to JB performance to try it out. I really enjoy the variety of classes, the environment, and mostly the community JB demonstrates. The instructors are great and really take the time to know everyone on an individual level!

My first workout with jb performance was awesome! It was a good change from my regular slow paced regular weight training. Jordan was able to guide me through a workout that strengthened my core, got my heart rate up, and also involved weight training.
