I have gone through a bucket full of trials and tribulations from being diagnosed with leukemia, lupus, and a heart murmur all within a months time in 2012, to losing my father to cancer in 2018. I lost myself during the loss of my father and during that time, I also became a father which ultimately, saved my life. My relationship with God is my greatest possession and with him and through him, I am able to be head to shared my story with you and use my experience and knowledge to help others. I am currently a Behavioral Health Specialist and use my personal experience to help others in other fields.
I am a 7x All-American former collegiate long jumper, 6x school record breaker in sprints and jumps, and Ia 2x Conference champion. I played football as a wide receiver for two semi pro teams and won a ProAM championship in basketball in 2018.
I have experience training professional basketball and football players, USA Pageant contestants, and people who are simply looking to better themselves.
Training with me is an investment to make a life changing transformation. I love having fun and allowing you to have fun while working out and getting the results you want. I train individuals who are looking for the following:
