About Lindsay
Lindsay Rush is a multi-faceted songwriter, music industry professional, and television prducer.
Currently she is a Producer on Simon Cowell's music team on NBC's hit show, "AMERICA'S GOT TALENT," as well as ABC’s “AMERICAN IDOL.”
As a songwriter, Lindsay has achieved international Top 40 success with with well-known artists of multiple genres, as well as renowned songwriter/producers.
Her music business background includes passionate and innovative work in several areas of the industry, including Artist Development, A&R (Sony Music/Epic Records), Artist Management, and Consulting. Her work as a Consultant and Private Music Business Coach includes collaborations with clients ranging from aspiring recording artists and songwriters, to some of today's most powerful and influential entertainment companies (American Idol, Deston Entertainment, La Banda, Univision, FremantleMedia Latin America, SYCO Entertainment, Sony Music).
As an artist, Lindsay toured extensively with iconic artists including Lisa Loeb, Joe Cocker, Rick Springfield, Styx, REO Speedwagon, and The Bangles - ultimately landing a coveted spot on tour with 'Rock royalty,' Pat Benatar and her husband, legendary guitarist/producer, Neil Giraldo. What began as one gig, turned into four years on tour and a lasting friendship with Benatar and Giraldo.
While fully embracing these experiences, Lindsay continues to enjoy success as a songwriter, her work with a select roster of private Music CareerCoaching clients, as well as a handful of other projects in development.
Lindsay’s talent, passion for music and personable demeanor have earned her recognition with top music industry professionals as well as with her dedicated and talented clients.
