About Kelsey
Hi there! My name is Kelsey and I am a passionate educator specializing in making content accessible to students with special needs. I have a Bachelors degree in Education from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Masters degree in Special Education from Brooklyn College. I have 17 years of experience with students in elementary school, middle school, and high school. I also have experience working with neurodivergent adults. I prefer to call my specialty Accessible Education because I feel most dedicated to creating accommodations and modifications that make content and skills accessible to all learners.
I specialize in neurodivergent students and their needs. I am an autistic and ADHD adult who feels a unique connection with students who experience struggles with communication, executive functioning, confidence, and work habits. I am excited to help learners grow and develop in order to reach their own unique potential!
