My passion to create ESL material continues daily as I constantly work to create materials that will help English learners succeed in their daily lives.
I enjoy getting to the student and then teaching them vocabulary that will help their in their goals. For example, being able to speak confidently, get a driver's license, get a CDL license, go on a job interview.
I am a Connecticut state-certified TESOL (ESL) teacher, with a certification in grades K-12 and a certification in Adult Education

First, I want the student to be comfortable with me.
Also, I want to make sure that my way of teaching and my expertise is a good fit for them.
Therefore, I offer a 15–20-minute free video session with the potential student to see if we are the right fit.
During the session, I will learn about them, their goals, expectations etc. I will allow the student to ask me questions.
Based on the meeting the student and I can decide to work together or say, it was nice to meet you. Or, the student can I need more time to think about it.
