About Janet
I have been teaching all levels of swimming and diving for over 30 years from infants to seniors in pools, ponds, open oceans, and lakes. Triathlon training in open ocean and private pools with stroke analysis. Swimsmooth training, American Red Cross, International swimmin, Masters Swimming, P.A.D.I, Aqua Zumba Hydro rider,first aide, CPR , AED, and sailor.
I enjoy the many challenges that have to do with water and human movement. Down the cape in summers and MIT otherwise.
Seeing an event that they compete in and the shear joy of watching them succeed.
I knew at the age of 11 that I was going to be a teacher of horseback riding then it just progressed to areas of sport that I enjoyed.

Finding out what they usually have been doing and what works then going after fine tuning. I do not overwhelm students and I stick to three points/ skills on each lessons.
All ages. Youngest was 1.5 years to 86 years. Fire fighters and
people who needed to know how to sail, divers, life guards, underwater photographers, water safety instructors and wind surfers.
Be yourself and enjoy your new skills.
