About Olivia
I work with swimmers of all ages and levels to help them achive their goals, whether thats learning butterfly or being able to float. I customize my lesson to fit the individual and have been teaching for almost 5 years now. I have swam competitively for 11 years and have certifications in CPR and first aid through being a lifeguard manager which I have done for 5 years as well. I really have a passion for swimming which I hope to pass down to future students.
I began teaching through Foothils Park & Rec District where I learned the basics. From there I have taught at 2 other pools which were also great. I love every facility I teach at because being able to teach someone a life skill is amazing no matter where you are!
I have taught lessons for 5 years which has gained me experience with all types of students. I have taught infant classes, child classes, and adult classes where I am able to adapt to the needs and understanding of the swimmer. I am certified as a lifguard and swim instructor through Ellis and Red Cross. I also have experience coaching for a swim team which helps me understand how all ages of swimmers learn.
