I like to evaluate my students abilities from the start, Then approach them with a strong progressive attitude about realistic short term goals to keep them on a positive and productive path into strong confidence moving foward for the next skill.
All ages from young to old.
Make sure you get a person that generally would like to see your learning progress over stretching out your lessons to make them more money.
