About Zhou
My name is Zhou Zhou (pronounced as Joe). I received my Ph.D. in physiology in Peking University, Beijing, China before moving to the States for medical lab research jobs. I later switched my career by attending Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Right not I am a few months before graduation and my assignments are not heavy. So I am ready to conduct some tutoring. As part of my Ph.D. curriculum, I received formal teaching training and rendered lectures in physiology. Since then I have been enjoying teaching/tutoring because I enjoy explaining difficult concepts and making a difference to my students. To be admitted to the podiatric medical school, I took MCAT and scored biology/biochemistry 132 out of 132, and physics/chemistry 130 out of 132. I also took optometry admission test and scored 400 out of 400. My GPA in the Temple podiatric medical school is 3.96/4. I am confident in helping students in MCAT science subjects, OAT, college or medical school biomedical science, and high school level of mathematics, physics and chemistry. I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese too and can conduct tutoring or conversation in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
